Our "darkness" will claim our lives if we don't choose to claim our darkness. There is a whole lot more power and freedom in choosing to claim (embrace) all of who we are, rather then trying to get rid of, or deny parts of us, because that keeps us separtated from our selves.....and that separation is the "darkness."
